CEO and Founder

C.O.G.S is founded by Dr. Enid Jones-Butcher who is a recipient of a National Open Scholarship from the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Career Education (with High Commendation) a Masters of Education in Curriculum Studies and a Bachelor of Education in Education Administration (First Class Honors).

Dr. Jones-Butcher has served the Teacher Profession for over 24 years. She has worked in both the Secondary and Tertiary Education Systems in positions such as the Chef Instructor (1997) at Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institution (TTHTI) and the Head of Department at one of the larger Secondary Schools in Trinidad and Tobago. She also holds a Diploma with Distinction from John S. Donaldson Technical Institution in Nutrition and Food Chemistry.

In 2019, Dr. Jones-Butcher was invited to the Caribbean Technical Vocational Conference in Jamaica, to present her findings on the study of Career Education. Preceding, she was invited by the University of the West Indies St. Augustine Trinidad in 2017 where she proved and confirmed that the theory of John Holland was very much successfully applicable to the Caribbean people.

Dr. Jones-Butcher is an extremely multi-talented, adaptable expert in many distinctive fields of study and she is dedicated to bringing about meaningful change to the nation one student/employee at a time in her quest to transform the way education is viewed, received and applied. She holds fast to her motto: Guiding the Future Today for a Better Tomorrow
